The Haven Standard
Most portals on the ECR stretch carry hundreds of listings and verify none of them. We do the opposite.
Every property is revisited on a seven-day cycle. If an owner sells, raises the price, or goes quiet, the listing comes down the same day.
Patta, EC to 30 years, approval copies and tax receipts are checked before a listing goes live. For plots, we insist on CMDA or DTCP approval in writing.
The person who shows you the property handles negotiation, token, agreement and registration. No handoffs, no call-centre.
We operate under TNRERA registration and quote our brokerage before the first site visit — 1 month for rentals, 1% for sales. It never changes mid-deal.
Where We Work
We deliberately stay within a 14-kilometre stretch of the coast. It is the only way to honestly answer questions about water tables, road widening and which lanes flood in November.
Old money and old trees. First-row homes rarely surface; when they do, they move within a fortnight.
The best balance on the stretch — beach lanes, schools, and cafés. Rentals here hold value through every cycle.
